Three little girls in a field, playing and picking wildflowers. An idyllic scene from the town of Edenkoben in Germany. The original impressionist painting from which this print was made dates to 1870-1880. The gilded wood and gesso frame is a genuine antique from the Art Nouveau period, approx. 1890-1914. The print has been added to the frame in the late 20th century. There is some minor edge and corner damage to the frame, commensurate with age. The print is double-matted under glass.
