This is a huge articulated elephant pendant made of silver tone metal, likely pewter. It's attached to the original silver tone chain to a soldered loop on either side of the back of the head piece. The jump rings holding the elephant are shining showing some tone loss with copper coming through, but there is no such wear on any of the other parts of the piece. the chain is also in excellent condition and seems to be made from light weight high grade stainless steel based on acid testing I conducted.
