The Regional Animal Shelter (RAS) is a municipal facility that provides for the care and welfare of displaced animals from King William and King and Queen Counties in Virginia. The RAS assists citizens of our community with a wide range of services such as: Pet adoption to suitable permanent homes Tracking of lost and found animals Redemption of animals to their owners Dog licensing for King William and King and Queen Counties Regional Animal Shelter’s Mission & Objectives S.O.P. RAS also provides information about: Spay/neuter Proper pet care, treatment, and training Community animal laws Heartworm disease - Our Community Dogs are at Risk!
