Crafted for the Premier Cutlery Company of Canada Ltd., these blades were masterfully manufactured in the historic cutlery hub of Sheffield, England. ​The blades feature highly collectible Firth-Brearley Stainless steel, representing the earliest era of rust-resistant cutlery. The handles are celluloid faux-ivory (French ivory), which has aged over the decades to a gorgeous, warm butterscotch-yellow patina.
