(not the elastic banding) wearing on elastic bands to me is a bit more easy to install into ponytails or pig tails thats just my preference. they have been steam cleaned and re rolled for selling. cleaning tips: dip in boiling water or use steamer with dry shampoo spray (a dry shampoo will also be in packaging)
