Product Details

The image seems to be a transfer with a raised scroll work boarder which was likely done by hand. To note: There is a chip on the top of the porcelain however the prong covers most of it. There is also some paint chipping on the hair. The brooch bar is slightly bent. My guess is that it is made in Germany circa 1880s-1900s.
