Included with this service: • Professional sizing (up to 2 sizes up or down) • Professional polish and refinishing • Rhodium finishing when applicable • Personalized PGL Appraisal • Service tracking documentation • Insured shipping of your completed jewelry HOW IT WORKS Purchase GoBid Signature Service for your jewelry item. Our team will send you a Signature Service Intake Form to collect sizing information and customer details. Once your completed form is received, your item will enter our service queue for processing. You will first receive a GoBid Signature Service packet containing your personalized PGL Appraisal and service documentation. Your jewelry will then be professionally serviced and completed by our trusted jewelry partners. Once completed, your jewelry will be shipped directly to you at no additional shipping cost. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Ring sizing is limited to a maximum of 2 sizes up or 2 sizes down. • Estimated completion times are approximate and are not guaranteed. While we strive to complete services as quickly as possible, turnaround times may vary due to jeweler schedules, materials availability, shipping carriers, production volume, and other factors outside of GoBid's control. • GoBid works with highly qualified independent jewelry professionals and service providers to complete portions of the Signature Service process. Delays occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund once work has begun. • Certain ring styles, settings, eternity bands, gemstone arrangements, and specialty designs may not be suitable for standard sizing. Some pieces may require extensive modifications outside the scope of this program. • If additional work is required, GoBid will contact you before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without your approval. • Service work will not begin until the required intake form has been completed and submitted.
