This is an absolutely marvelous bracelet with earrings by ELSA SCHIAPARELLI. All pieces are signed and feature purple art glass semi opaque glass stones as well as dazzling light purple rhinestones and open back glass. These are accented with large headlight AB rhinestones. What is so fun is the purple stones glow green under the NM365 UV light! Bracelet measures 7.5" end to end and has a safety chain. The huge earrings are almost 2" and they are clip-on. Italian by birth and one-time New York City resident, Schiaparelli launched her house of couture in Paris and employed amazingly gifted designers to create her early jewelry accessories which can be seen today in museums around the world. Beginning in the late 1930s some of her jewelry designs were imported by D. Lisner & co. Later she licensed her name and sometimes they had a tag that read "Designed in Paris and Made in America".
