There is a light bulb in the second tier that doesn't turn on but may need to be changed. It is difficult to see in the third tier. The top level does work. I'm not familiar with changing the light bulbs in the 2nd and third tier. Also I'm not sure if there is a light bulb in the third tier. This is a very rare and delicate piece I'm not willing to attempt to try to take it apart. Sold as pictured.
