Item: Vintage Signed Coro Flower Cluster Dome Brooch Era: Mid-Century (circa 1950s-1960s) Materials: Translucent Cornflower Blue Moonglow Lucite / Thermoplastic Petals, Clear Rhinestone Centers, Silver-Tone Base Metal Setting DESCRIPTION: This beautiful vintage Coro brooch features a stunning, tiered dome cluster of detailed five-petal forget-me-not flowers. The petals are crafted from highly collectible moonglow lucite that beautifully catches the light, each anchored by a sparkling clear chaton rhinestone center. A gorgeous piece of Hollywood Regency era costume jewelry that makes a perfect lapel or scarf accent. CONDITION NOTE: Good vintage condition with typical signs of age. All rhinestones are fully present and intact. The lucite petals show a lovely soft sheen. There is some minor, age-appropriate yellowing and vintage glue discoloration visible beneath the central rhinestone settings on a few of the lower blossoms, which is common for authentic pieces of this era.
