Each freshie is individually handmade by me so each one is different and may not look 100% identical to the one pictured (especially for the Geode Freshies with the placement of the stones). - any scents containing leather or vanilla will gradually turn yellow in the sunlight. I have those scents available upon request. Each freshie comes with an elastic string on an eye hook to hang. All items are made to order, and we do not accept returns or refunds. MOST of the scents last strongly 3-5 weeks (or even longer). If it loses the scent stick it back in the bag or a closed container for a few days and will get the scent back. *Leaving windows down may cause scent to fade quicker* >>> WARNING <<< *Do not consume product -- toxic. *Keep away from children and pets. *Melting can occur in direct sunlight or during the summer months with high temperatures. *I am not responsible for possible damages due to melting. *Freshies will not be replaced due to melting or misuse
