This handheld 4” x 6” postcard provides a quick reference guide for selecting the appropriate shipping box based on package weight, specifically for Whatnot sellers. It is intended to simplify the packing process and help shipping assistants confidently choose the correct packaging. Notes: • Poly mailers may be used instead of boxes when appropriate at no additional shipping cost. • Any USPS Priority Mail box may be used for Priority shipments except boxes marked “Ground.” For 1–5 lb packages, I personally prefer Priority boxes because they provide a cleaner presentation and are available free from USPS. • USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes may be used for packages up to 70 lbs, but I generally avoid them because labels must be adjusted when Flat Rate packaging is used. This guide reflects my personal shipping process and was created as a simple reference tool for my team. Shipping methods vary by seller, and each business should determine the practices that work best for its needs.
