This 18” x 12” commercial display board is designed for Whatnot sellers and shipping teams. It provides a quick reference guide for selecting the appropriate shipping box based on package weight, helping simplify the packing process and improve efficiency. Please note: • Poly mailers may be used instead of boxes when appropriate at no additional shipping cost. • Any USPS Priority Mail box may be used for Priority shipments except boxes marked “Ground.” For 1–5 lb packages, I personally prefer Priority boxes because they provide a cleaner presentation and are available free from USPS. • USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes may be used for packages up to 70 lbs, but I generally avoid them because labels must be adjusted when Flat Rate packaging is used. This guide reflects my personal shipping process and was created as a simple reference tool for my team. Shipping methods vary by seller, and each business should determine the practices that work best for its needs.
