80's Disney handmade tote bag featuring Donald duck and Pluto on one side and Huey, Dewy and Louie riding Dumbo on the other. Quilted with a varigated blue thread on both sides. The ruffle is made from a jelly roll that was cut into squares and patchwork into a patter to create the ruffle. size is 15" x 15"
