This 3DS handhelds is region unlocked, meaning it can play North American, PAL (European), and Japanese games. The handheld is in fair condition with some outer wear (scratches, scrapes, paint chips, cracks, etc.) that does not affect functionality. The inside has wear (such as scratches, scrapes, paint chips, cracks, etc.). There are scratches on the screens that do not affect gameplay while the screens are on.  There is some slight screen yellowing on the bottom screen (see photos with the screens off and on). The 3D slider is always on (you can turn the 3D off in settings with parental controls). All buttons have been tested and are working as intended. The hinge works as intended. The charging port works, but the dock charging plates do not work (no dock is included). Please see photos for the exact condition you will be getting the same 3DS you see in the pictures.  Comes with stylus, charger, and 16gb micro SD card with adapter.
