I utilized lots of yummy hand painted beads to make your mouth water, and included a drip cone with a drip bead on top to portray the look of blueberry ice cream. I finished the pen off with a realistic ice cream charm. This topper will be glued down after purchasing. The beads will not be glued. No returns, cancellations or exchanges.
