Long tassel tie at the center front and center back. Skirt is the same pink georgette, covered in a flower print. Royal blue, aqua, golden yellow, and bright green flowers. Skirt has diagonal ruffles sewn from waist to hem, it looks like a twirl in motion. The elastic waist of the skirt is in good condition, has good stretch to it.
