The high-low hem & asymmetric plunge neck add drama to the look & wide crinoline reinforcement send the hem billowing. NWT,pristine but pls note a teeny area of loose few stiches on back seam (reinforced seams, very stable). Chest area ‘petal’ has flopped, needs manipulated back to original position. Zimmermann O = USA size 4/6 in my opinion.
