This item is a vintage miniature wooden roll-top desk music box, likely manufactured by George Good or a similar maker around the 1970s or 1980s.The piece is designed to look like dollhouse-scale furniture, but it hides a mechanical cylinder musical movement inside the main writing cubby. Typically, opening or closing the tambour roll-top door acts as the trigger to start or stop the music melody. It does play but seems a bit slow. Not sure of song
