Eph 2:8-9; Rom 3:24 “For it is by grace through faith…” I had heard the phrase more times then I could count, but it wasn’t until a dear professor explained it that I was able to comprehend and apply it to my life. Grace is the concept that God does not have to love us but in that we were separated from Him, He reaches His hand down to pull us up through the struggles of life. Faith is when we reach up to God. This shirt is a simple declaration that God sees us in our struggles and triumphs; faith being what is unseen, us reaching up is a representation of surrender knowing that we are not to live life alone. God’s grace is sufficient for us. He loves us not out of necessity but out of an extended kindness/ compassion for us.
