These candlesticks are a matched set by Westmoreland glass in the “Doric Lace” pattern, and their ice blue color glows green under UV 365 light from Manganese content. They have a frosted/satin finish and some small spots of wear and discoloration, but no visible chips or cracks. Grab one for $20!
