not sure I really want to sell this but here it goes. this is a hard to find Betsey Johnson dress from. her Luxe line . size medium. top is black cotton Lycra that can be worn on or off shoulders. and the bottom is a big full circle skirt with beautiful ribbon and ric rac detailing and a crochet lace hem. just amazing. excellent vintage condition.
