It features the proven MaxFlow cartridge design for smooth, consistent drops and returns. Most importantly, the upper stanchion is completely clean and scratch-free. It does show typical cosmetic wear (scratches) on the lower insertion tube from frame mounting, and a bit of surface rust on the saddle clamp bolts, but it's ready to hit the dirt right out of the box.
