The exterior straw, brim, and decorative outer band are in excellent cosmetic shape with no damage. However, the white internal elastic drawstring used for size adjustment has lost its stretch over time due to age. It can still be pulled tight and knotted manually to fit your head size, or easily replaced with fresh elastic.
