Large Depression Glass Pale Pink Footed Compote by Crown Crystal Glass Australia Rosaline pink pressed glass in the 'Egyptian' pattern, a motif that became popular following the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb in 1922. In remarkable condition with no chips or cracks, however there are some very light and fine scratches to the inside of the bowl. These are hard to see and photograph, but they are present.
