This wonderful pin cushion was recently refurbished only to find the original horsehair stuffing and faded baby-blue velvet is still present. There's even a piece of 1920s Chinese newspaper underneath. It's truly gorgeous and a rare find for collectors. The green velvet used is vintage c.1970s and the ribbon is new, selected to match. Nothing is glued in place if you'd like to take a peek at the time capsule inside. There is some loss of chrome from the heel (see pic no. 5). Measuring 10.5cm L x 7.5cm H x 4cm W.
