This is a vintage Brinn & Co. porcelain bell shaped as a Victorian girl holding a pink flower.The figurine features a cream-colored dress with brown accents, blonde hair, and stands approximately 6 inches tall. She does have one little part at the bottom of her dress where it looks like someone might have glued a chip. Noted in the photos.
