Vintage Moorish hexagonal jewelry box, circa 1950s–1960s (approximately 60–75 years old). Expertly handcrafted with hand‑cut mother‑of‑pearl and abalone shell inlay, showcasing traditional Middle Eastern marquetry techniques. The lid features a striking geometric star medallion framed by delicate leaf‑and‑vine motifs. Each faceted side is richly inlaid with iridescent shell tiles, creating a beautiful shifting play of color in the light. The interior is lined in deep red fabric, offering a bold contrast to the luminous exterior. The base is finished in coordinating red with small mother‑of‑pearl feet.
