Product Details

This would be really a cool item for a stage prop or display piece. This vintage item with the added radioactive decals reminds me of something that would be found in a post-apocalyptic fallout type of world. This is a super cool vintage Westclox Baby Ben windup alarm clock, model 6 53632, with a spicy luminous dial. G-M counter verified. 18,000 CPM using the super sensitive GQ-GMC-600 Pro G-M counter. I can send a video if requested. This clock reminds me of something that would be found in a post-apocalyptic fallout type of world. It’s a unique display and show piece and a super spicy specimen from the past. And I personally think the radioactive decals and its aged, tattered, and deteriorated condition adds to its character. Comes with a radioactive decal on the face, and one on each side. And it comes with a CPM certification sticker located on the top. These decals/stickers can be removed if desired, but I think they add to its character and make it more of a display and show piece. The whole purpose of buying this clock is because of its spicy luminous dial, and that’s why I added the decals in the first place. And they make this clock stand out in any display cabinet. Also comes with 2 extra certification stickers. Hands and numbers glow green under a 365 and 395 UV light. Clock and alarm appear to be working (see video), but I have not verified if it keeps time, and I can’t guarantee it’ll keep working since it’s around 75 years old. See pictures for condition. Condition has normal wear consistent with authentic vintage items. This clock is old, crusty, rusted, corroded, and the glass is scuffed. The gold metal band around the clock is pitted, dented, missing paint, and has a break on one side. But who cares? The condition isn’t what makes this clock cool, but the fact it’s a super spicy specimen from the past. See pictures for size. About the Seller
My wife and I scour through antique shops to find the most unique items for our personal collection and to share with others. I personally like radioactive antiques, such as Vaseline glass, uranium glazed pottery, and radium dial clocks. On each of these spicy specimens from the past, I add radioactive decals to make them more of a display and show piece. Each item is Geiger counter verified using the super sensitive GQ-GMC-600 Pro G-M counter. I offer picture and video (if requested) proof, and most of these items come with a CPM Certification sticker. I sell on other platforms and just started on Whatnot. I currently have around 15 radium clocks, and about 60 uranium glass pieces, ready to be passed along to someone who’ll appreciate them next. My wife will be adding other types of unique antiques, including manganese glass, amberina glass, and depression glass.
