This vintage item with the added radioactive decals reminds me of something that would be found in a post-apocalyptic fallout type of world. G-M counter verified. A whooping 40,000 CPM using the super sensitive GQ-GMC-600 Pro G-M counter. This is the hottest clock that I have run across. I can send video proof if requested. Vintage1950s Florn travel clock, New York, tan case, wind up, super spicy luminous dial, does not work. This travel clock is a little larger size than most of the other travel clocks that I run across. This clock reminds me of something that would be found in a post-apocalyptic fallout type of world. This spicy specimen from the past is a unique display and show piece. And I personally think the radioactive decals add to its character. Comes with a radioactive decal on the face, and one the case. These can be removed if desired, but I think they add to its character and make it more of a display and show piece. The whole purpose of buying this clock is because of its spicy luminous dial, and that’s why I added the decals in the first place. And they make this clock stand out in any display cabinet. Comes with a CPM certification sticker located on the bottom. And it comes with an extra. Hands and numbers glow green under a 365 and 395 UV light. See pictures for condition. Condition has normal wear consistent with authentic vintage items. This clock does not work. It’s wound up, but the escapement mechanism isn’t functioning. The hands do move when the adjustment knob on the back is turned. I haven’t opened it up, so I don’t know the condition on the inside or if it’s missing parts, so I’ve listed it as "For Parts or Not Working". But who cares? The condition isn’t what makes this clock cool, but the fact it’s a super spicy specimen from the past. See pictures for size. Note: My items are G-M counter verified with video proof.
