This item is being sold in as-found, uncleaned vintage condition to preserve its original character and historical value. The piece features a wonderful, heavy rust patina across the wide metal base ring and a natural grey oxidized finish on the chimney dome dome. The tiny brass wick advancement wheel retains its historic text markings and dark aged patina. Manufactured by Edward Miller & Co. based out of Meriden, Connecticut, produced between 1920 and 1949. Low profile chimneyless dome, built primarily for utilitarian, industrial, or outdoor workforce use rather than decorative in home lighting.
