Most important - I have cats! I've stored all fabric in clean tubs in our den that has humidity control. But! I still have cats. Almost all pieces have been washed, (100% unscented detergent, no fabric softener or dryer sheets), ) ironed, and folded for use when I was doing custom work. As such, I consider these pieces new.
