Forerunner to modern chess. Includes 37 playing pieces and ~10" x 10" linen cloth playing board. Instructions printed inside top cover. Light colored pieces = King and 12 defenders. Dark colored pieces = 24 attackers It is an unequal game. There is not supposed to be a dark king, only attackers. The playing pieces are made of a heavy plastic imitating wood. This vintage set is Complete and in very good, clean, undamaged condition.  Box does show some wear and residual tape. Please see photos Made in Great Britain in 1981.
