And Yes, you can use a regular clothes iron for a DTF transfer, provided it can reach a steady ≈ 300°F to 330°F. Because irons lack the even heating and heavy automatic pressure of a heat press, you must use a completely DRY iron (no water or steam), protect the design with parchment paper, and press down with your full body weight.
