Step back into 1975 with this charming Jody & Her General Store playset by Ideal Toy Corp. This nostalgic set includes the original Jody doll in her Gibson Girl outfit, the original box, and the original instruction booklet. The playset appears to be very complete, including many of the original accessories such as the post office, potbelly stove, cash register, rocking chair, washboard, miniature dishes and cookware, accessories, and more. It may be missing one or two small pieces, but it is an impressive vintage set. Jody’s long hair shows some tangling from years of gentle childhood play, and the original box has expected vintage shelf/storage wear. Overall, the set presents beautifully and displays wonderfully.
