Hi there! This is an American Girl Wellie Wishers Willa Doll. This doll is a TLC doll. She needs some help. Her hair needs some help. It’s frizzy and needs some styling. The hair has been cut in front. See the pics. The doll has no breaks or cracks. She does have a few marks. See pics. Her limbs are not loose, but one of her arms is significantly tighter than the other. See the pics to check her out. She would make a good “worry free” play doll.
