This substantial anthology contains more than 1,500 selections from over 400 poets, accompanied by illustrations. The book has an elegant black faux-leather cover with ornate gold gilt decoration and lettering, gold-toned page edges, and a built-in ribbon bookmark. Preowned condition with light shelf wear, minor rubbing at the corners and spine ends, and a few small surface marks. Binding appears intact and the interior looks clean from the photos.
