We are automatically adding ice to all packages with whipped body butters, sugar scrubs, whipped foaming soaps, lotion sticks & lip balms inside. While we do our best by adding ice as close to ship time as possible, we cannot guarantee items will not melt during transit. Once packages leave our hands, they are handled by the shipping carrier, and conditions during shipping are out of our control. By purchasing, you acknowledge that melting is possible, even though we are taking steps to help prevent it.
