A beautiful taxidermy female pheasant, mounted in a natural standing pose on a wooden display base. With her subtle buff, cream and chestnut plumage, she makes a wonderful decorative piece for a country home, shooting lodge, or natural history collection. She is in good overall condition, with well-preserved feathering, all feathers remaining intact to the body, her original beak, and bright natural eyes. The tail feathers remain complete, although the very ends are slightly uneven, as shown in the photographs. This is a minor cosmetic point and does not detract from the overall display.
