This is a lovely little vintage porcelain dish shaped like a heart, done in soft white with hand painted pink roses trailing across the top and sides against a light blue wash background. It sits up on three small feet and has pretty molded scrollwork detail around the rim. There is a small artist mark on the front as well. The inside bottom has a handwritten presentation inscription that reads it was given to Dolly Costantini, 3rd Vice President and Telephone Committee Chairman, from the Tampa Bay Porcelain Artists in 1988 to 1989, signed by Iris Bielby, President. This adds a nice bit of history and makes it a neat piece for anyone who collects hand painted porcelain or is interested in porcelain artist guild pieces from this era. There is some tape residue left on the inside bottom of the dish as shown in photos, which should clean off easily. Otherwise it is in good vintage condition with bright color and no chips or cracks noted.
