This hen on nest is produced by the historic Huta Szkła Gospodarczego "Ząbkowice" glassworks in Poland. Originally appearing in their historic catalogs as early as 1910, this specific stylized mold became an absolute icon of Polish mid-century design during the 1960s and 1970s. It had a pretty good sized chip on the bottom of the lid, not super noticeable when sitting on the base & a couple smaller chips.
