This Sterling and guilloche pillbox was manufactured by R Blackinton & Co. The marks on back are Sterling - 383 - and the official stamp features the capital letters R.B.and Co. overlapping each other. 383 is the factory design or catalog model number used specifically for their hand painted floral enameled vanity compacts snd trinket boxes. Valued at $375-$400 - this is mint.
