CONDITION NOTE: All of these up for listing should be NM-MT or better. About 1/3 have a refractor line. It should be evident in the photos provided but I will try to call it out here for clarity. The pack inserted Refractors out of 1998 Bowman's Best had a gorgeous refractor shine to them and were limited to 400 serial numbered sets made. This was a proof run without the serial # stamped, likely held back by Topps in case any were returned for damage. Everything else is identical to the pack inserted card save for the serial. I sent in a couple batches for grading with Beckett and all went well, lots of 9's. The ones I am listing now were in the queue for grading but Beckett recently stopped grading any non serial numbered variants, so they were not slabbed. All factory produced and authentic, but missing the serial stamp and never packed out. While pack issued cards had 400 made, missing serials likely just had a few at most.  A great card for the player collector who wants one of everything!
