No returns or cancellations atomizer still works. Empty, however, could be some slight residue in the bottle. To the best that I can tell the tag that was on the bottle says black amethyst glass made in Austria. The original perfume did spill and the tag still has the smell of the fragrance. It’s quite beautiful. I’ve left that on. I’ve done my best to clean it. approximately 3 1/2” H
