Custom made by the millinery department for Mrs Chas Wham. This is in exquisite immaculate condition. Never seen one this good before! Stix, Baer & Fuller (also affectionately known as SBF or The Grand Leader) was a premier regional department store chain headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, which operated from 1892 until 1984. Renowned for its high-end fashion, elaborate seasonal displays, and cultural significance, it was a centerpiece of mid-century shopping in the St. Louis metro area.
