Vintage Native American style sterling silver brooch featuring two natural turquoise stones and a center red coral cabochon in a classic Southwestern design. The hand-engraved silver setting displays traditional leaf and scroll motifs. Please note that the pin hardware on the reverse is missing, including the hinge and clasp, so this piece is being sold for repair, restoration, or display.
