THIS WILL SCREW ONTO THE R134A CANS (1/2 ACME THREADS) AND SCREW ONTO YOUR R12 HOSE (1/4 FLARE TUBE THREADS) Brass Dispensing Valve for R134a Cans with 1/2; ACME Fittings. This is a top mount, screw on, can taper. It will screw on top of the R134a Cans, Envirosafe Cans, Maxi-Frig Cans or any product with the standard 1/2" ACME Fitting on top. The outlet is 1/4", the standard size for R12. The adapter can be removed and the fitting size will then be the 1/2" ACME, standard for R134a.
