Excellent condition. Binding has some issues on outside and toward back of catalog. Yellow stain on some of the back pages. This is nowhere to be found for comparison prices. I love it and don’t think I’ll ever find another one. As a result I have priced it so that I feel ok about selling it. Not for everyone but excellent for a collector.
