Constructed of BG-42 ball bearing stainless steel. This steel has a very high edge retention rate, so durability is its strong suit. The design was inspired by an open-wheel race car (another passion of mine). When folded, the carabiner loop and pivot at the opposite end, closely resemble a race car. This knife certainly exemplifies all of the things that make the MANTIS brand unique.
