This software appears to be new as the CD is still sealed in shrink wrap and the cable is still in a sealed bag. This was made in 1999 and is for ELNA machines from that era. There used to be an update to the software for Windows XP on ELNA's website but I can noi longer find it. The only thing missing from the package that I can see is the manual, which I cannot find online. While not pictured the AC adapter is included. Nothing has been tested.
